Documents are placed into the locking security consoles by you or your staff which are placed conveniently throughout your office.
On your scheduled day, one of our service representatives will unlock the console and empty the bag into a locked bin.
The bin is then wheeled to the mobile shredding truck outside, where it is lifted to the shredder.
Once the bin is lifted, it's then dumped into the shredder.
The shredder shreds a full 96 gallon bin in less than 3 minutes. Our shredders are so powerful it's not necessary to remove binders, staples or binder clips.
All of our trucks are equipped with a surveillance camera to view the document destruction process by you or one of your staff members.
The paper is shredded into unrecognizable pieces and taken to our local recycling facility where it is processed and converted back into paper.
After the documents are destroyed, our service representative will sign and present you with a "Certificate of Destruction".
